What can I hire you for?
Website design, social media and content creation, and AI automation. You can start with one service or combine them. We’ll agree on the scope and price before work begins.
What does social media and content work include?
Social posts, branded visuals, and video content. The channels, formats, number of pieces, and review process are agreed for your project. Content creation can stand alone or support a website or automation project.
Do I have to change my phone number?
We review your existing phone provider and setup first. Forwarding or integrations may let you keep your business number. Any number or routing changes are discussed before setup.
Will customers know they're texting a system?
The first text is written in your voice and says who it's from. After that, a person — you or your office — can jump into any conversation in the same inbox. The receptionist will say it's an assistant if someone asks. We don't build anything that pretends to be a human.
Does the AI receptionist quote prices?
No, and you wouldn't want it to. It answers the common questions you give it, takes the details, books into the slots you allow, and routes anything urgent or unusual to a person. Prices and promises stay with you.
What if a customer replies to a follow-up with "stop"?
Then it stops, immediately and for good, and the conversation is flagged so you can see it. Follow-up ends the moment someone answers or opts out. Reactivation campaigns go out in small batches so your office can keep up with the replies.
Do you filter who gets asked for a review?
No. Every completed job gets the same request. Unhappy customers get a fast reply from you instead, which is worth more than a hidden one-star.
Do I need all of it?
No. Start with the work you need now: a website, social content, or an automation setup. We can plan a combination when it makes sense for your business.
What does it cost?
Website design and social content are quoted by project. Automation is scoped around the workflows you need, with any ongoing costs agreed in writing. The receptionist on its own is $299/mo with a one-time setup of $500–$1,500. Details are on the pricing section.
What's in the free audit?
We call your shop at the hours customers do, send a lead through your website, and ask for a quote. You get a written report of what happened — every ring-out, every form that sat, every follow-up that never came. You keep it whether you hire us or not.
How long until it's live?
The timeline depends on the scope and the material you already have. We agree on it before work begins, and you review the website, content, or automation before launch.
Do I need to be in the Ozarks?
No. Ozark WebCo is based in Springfield, Missouri, and works with businesses remotely. Tell us where you are and what you need; we’ll confirm timing and any platform requirements together.
Can I hire you just for a website?
